Soooo ...... three moves, three jobs, and I finally got something stable going, got a man in my life, and will be moving again in about a month.
In the midst of it, I finally finished Bard's Oath, last night! I am very, very excited to have had the chance to sit and plow through it! I very much enjoyed it! It was wonderful to see Bertin's world expand!
I thought I ought to drop a thought here, and say hello to everyone, and also to thank you all for being part of this group! I know I dropped off the planet, but you guys have definitely made this place great, and I definitely want you to know I appreciate you!

Oh my God, has it been 8 years since I started this??? And 3 since I last posted! Apologies for the years of silence! I'm a terrible admin!! How is everyone?
We've got ourselves into a house, and I've switched jobs again, and things are finally starting to find a "normal" pattern again. 😁 I've been re-reading The Last Dragonlord, lately (again!), and it's been good fun. I've started noticing things I never had before, and it makes me wonder what else I've missed, so I might be re-reading the others as well ... that's if I don't start something else, of course!

Been a while since I read it myself, but one thing that stuck out was the hope that Maurynna's little cousin (forgot her name) wouldn't permanently swear off being a bard due to almost being possessed by the Gull-harp.
